Legal services described on this website are provided by AD Solicitors Limited, a recognised body authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under SRA number 8011228. Professional indemnity insurance

Our complaints procedure
We want to give you the best possible service. If at any point you are unhappy with the service you receive, please tell us so we can try to put it right. In the first instance, raise your concern with the solicitor handling your matter, or email hello@buzzsolicitors.co.uk, and we will acknowledge your complaint and set out how we will handle it.
If we cannot resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the Legal Ombudsman. There are time limits for doing so — normally within six months of our final written response, and within the Ombudsman's overall time limits from the act or omission complained about. The Legal Ombudsman deals with service complaints; concerns about a solicitor's professional conduct can be reported to the SRA.
